Shipping

We ship all our products directly to you from our warehouses located in multiple locations in the West and East Coasts. Based on your location, we will select the closest warehouse to ship your product(s). Orders are shipped and generally arrive within 2 to 3 business days after the order is processed. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been processed. The tracking number may not become active for 24 - 48 hrs.

Processing Time: All orders placed after 2 PM EST will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST Friday will be shipped on Monday. 

Kindly take note that due to our business utilizing multiple warehouses within the United States, orders of more than one item may arrive as separate deliveries at different times. 

Orders made to PO BOX may take up to 12 days.

Exchange

We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, simply email us at services@beetivitytoys.com or contact via online chat and request an exchange.

Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, simply email us at services@beetivitytoys.com or contact via online chat and request a return.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
